2009-2013年河南省急性弛缓性麻痹病例肠道病毒感染状况分析

摘要:目的 了解河南省15岁以下儿童急性弛缓性麻痹病例(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP)肠道病毒感染特征,为其防控策略制定提供科学依据。方法 对2009-2013年河南省AFP病例肠道病毒感染状况进行描述性分析。结果 河南省AFP病例肠道病毒感染率为21.00%,其中非脊灰肠道病毒感染率为18.54%,脊灰病毒(疫苗株)感染率为2.46%。7-10月份肠道病毒感染病例占47.87%,5岁以下病例感染率为21.89%。病例疾病谱主要为吉兰巴雷综合征、短暂性肢体麻痹等,麻痹60天随访残留麻痹率为15.96%。结论 河南省急性弛缓性麻痹病例肠道病毒感染以非脊灰肠道病毒为主,感染高峰为夏秋季,小年龄组儿童易感,应及时采取措施降低肠道病毒感染率。

Analysis of enterovirus infections of acute flaccid paralysis cases in Henan:2009

Abstract:Objective To analyze the characteristics of enterovirus infections of Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) among children under 15 years in Henan Province and to provide the basis for the disease control and prevention.Methods The individual data of enterovirus infections of AFP cases in Henan Province during 2009-2013 was analyzed.Results The rate of enterovirus infections,non-polio enterovirus infections,and poliovirus infections was 21.00%,18.54% and 2.46%,respectively. The cases of 7-10 month accounted for 47.87%,and the infection rate of children under 5 years was 21.89%. The disease spectrums of enterovirus infections AFP cases were mainly Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) and transient paralysis of a limb. The rate of residual paralysis for 60 days was 15.96%.Conclusion The pathogeny of enterovirus was mainly NPEV,and the infection peak appeared in summer and autumn. The susceptible population was young-aged children. Effective measures should be taken to reduce the infections of enterovirus.
