摘    要:摘要:目的 分析玉溪市红塔区农药中毒发病的流行病学特点,探讨干预措施。方法 选择2010-2014年玉溪市红塔区农药中毒网络直报的118例病例,按农药中毒的时间、人群、地区分布特征以及农药品种类别进行描述性分析。结果 农药中毒年度发病趋势呈波动变化,农药中毒发病全年均有报告,10-12月报告发病数相对较少,非生产性中毒无明显季节高峰,生产性中毒4-9月夏秋季节报告数占全年的69.23%。非生产性农药中毒占88.98 %。农药中毒病例中女性占53.39%。中毒病例年龄中位数为36(2~78)岁,其中生产性中毒病例年龄中位数为47(18~74)岁,非生产性中毒病例年龄中位数为35(2~78)岁。中毒的高发地区为北城街道。杀虫剂引起的农药中毒占85.59%,是引起中毒的主要农药类别。结论 农药中毒以非生产性中毒为主,应加强农药(特别是杀虫剂)的管理,向广大群众普及农药中毒预防知识,加强心理疏导,尤其是儿童、老年人和女性这些弱势群体。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pesticide poisoning incidence of Hongta district in Yuxi City,and to explore the intervention measures.Methods 118 cases from 2010 to 2014 were chosen based on the direct network report,and the characteristics were described according to the time of pesticide poisoning,crowd,regional distribution and pesticide varieties.Results The annual incidence of pesticide poisoning had fluctuation change,and cases were reported throughout the year.The number of reported cases was relatively small during October and December.The unproductive poisoning had no obvious seasonal peak,but production poisoning from April to September accounted for 69.23% of the whole year.Unproductive pesticide poisoning accounted for 88.98%.Women accounted for 53.39% of pesticide poisoning cases.The median age of the poisoning cases was 36(2-78),and productive and unproductive poisoning cases median was 47(18-74)and 35(2-78),respectively.Beicheng streets had a high incidence of poisoning.Pesticide poisoning accounted for 85.59%,and was the main cause of pesticide poisoning by categories.Conclusion Pesticide poisoning was mainly non-productive poisoning.The government should strengthen the management of pesticides(especially pesticides),popularize pesticide poisoning prevention knowledge,and strengthen psychological counseling,especially among children,the elderly and women.
