摘    要:目的 掌握淄博市人间布鲁氏菌病感染情况,为该病的预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法 对1994-2012年淄博市各区县的送检样本和主动到市疾控中心就诊的疑似布鲁氏菌病患者的血清样本进行实验室检测。结果 1994-2012年全市共检测疑似布鲁氏菌病患者的血清样本1 928份,布鲁氏菌抗体阳性者达508人,总体阳性率为26.4%,所有区县均有病例分布,以临淄区发病人数为最多;该疾病的流行具有明显的职业性,发病者以农民(散养户)为主,并已波及到整个畜牧产业链的多个相关职业;各年龄段人群均有发病,发病年龄最大者78岁,最小者4岁。结论 淄博市防控布鲁氏菌病形势依然严峻,发病人群呈现出新的特征,应采取综合防治措施加强对该病的预防与控制。

Abstract:Objective To understand the infectious and epidemic status of human brucellosis in Zibo,and to provide the scientific basis and support for disease prevention and control. Methods We conducted the laboratory tests and analyze the serum samples,supplied by medical institutions from countries of the whole city or collected directly from suspected cases who visiting the center for disease diagnosis,during 1994-2012. Results A total of 1,928 serum samples on brucellosis suspected cases in Zibo were detected from 1994 to 2012,including 508 positive confirmed ones,and the overall positive rate was 26.4%. The cases were distributed in all countries and the most were in Linzi Region. In addition,the largest percentage of the confirmed patients was peasants (scattering raising-households),because there was obviously occupational orientation for the epidemic of brucellosis,and it had already spread to multiple related occupations of the whole livestock-husbandry industrial chain. The population of all ages was susceptible to brucellosis. The oldest one was 78 years old and the youngest was 4 among the 508 patients in Zibo. Conclusion The epidemic situation of human brucellosis in Zibo is still not optimistic and the incident population is showing new characteristics gradually. Further comprehensive measures should be taken to control and prevent brucellosis.
