整体护理在鼻窦内窥镜手术患者围手术期的应用

目的探讨整体护理在鼻窦内窥镜手术围手术期的应用价值。方法对施行整体护理后的340例鼻窦内窥镜手术患者与施行整体护理前的320例鼻窦内窥镜手术后患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果施行整体护理后，鼻窦内窥镜手术患者术后无鼻腔出血及鼻腔粘连形成，精神紧张、担心并发症和术后鼻出血较未施行整体护理的鼻窦内镜手术患者明显降低，分别下降40％、60％和3．53％，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。病人满意度达95％，升高10％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论对鼻窦内窥镜手术患者围手术期施行系统科学的整体护理，能使患者顺利度过手术关，并可减少甚至避免并发症的发生，有利于患者早日康复。

Application of whole nursing of patients during endoscopic sinus

Objective To study the application of whole nursing of patients during endoscopic sinus. Methods 340 patients received the whole nursing during endoscopic sinus （Group A） control with 320 patients without whole nursing before endoscopic sinus operation （Group B）. Results There were no nasal hemorrhage and synechia of nasal cavity in Group A. Psychentonia, fearing complication and nasal hemorrhage after operation in Group A decreased by 40%, 60% and 3.53%, respectively, compared that in group B. There was 95% and 85% patient satisfaction in Group A and Group B. Conclusion With systemic and scientific whole nursing, patients treated with endoscapic sinus operation can live through the period of operation safely. The complication can be drop and patients will recover earlier.
