| 摘 要： | 本文32例肝硬化引起的肝性脑病中,大部分有硷血症,全部病例均有呼吸性硷中毒。单纯呼吸性硷中毒19例,其次为呼吸性硷中毒合并代谢性硷中毒和呼吸性硷中毒合并代谢性酸中毒。低氧血症11例。在测定电解质的病例中,低钾血症8例,低钠血症14例。根据结果提出了治疗肝性脑病的有关问题。

| Abstract: | Among 32 cases of the patients with hepatic encephalopathy caused by liver cirrhosis, most of them had alkalemia. All of them had respiratory alkalosis, simple respiratory alkalosis was the most, respiratory alkalosis complicated metabolic acidosis was the least and respiratory alkalosis combined with metabolic alkalosis was intermediate. 11 cases of the patients were hypoxemia. In all of the patients determined electrolyte there were 8 cases with hypokalemia, 14 cases with hyponatremia. Basing on the results obtained, some suggestions of treatment of hepatic encephalopathy had been emphasized. |
