| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性前上纵隔少见占位病变的CT分析与鉴别. 资料与方法 回顾性分析26例经活检和手术病理及临床证实的原发性前上纵隔少见占位病变的患者资料,将CT表现与手术结果进行比较. 结果 各种原发性前上纵隔少见占位病变均具有各自的CT表现. 结论 CT是诊断前上纵隔少见占位病变的重要方法,对于鉴别占位病变类型具有很大价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the CT features and differential diagnosis of the infrequent primary tumors in the upper-anterior mediastinal. Materials and Methods The imaging data of 26 patients with infrequent primary tumors in the upper-anterior mediastinal confirmed by biopsy, the surgical operation, pathologic results and clinical treatment were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with surgical operation results. Results Various infrequent primary tumors in the upper-anterior mediastinal had respective CT manifestations. Conclusion CT is an important method for diagnosis of the infrequent primary tumors in the upper-anterior mediasfinal, which is valued for differential diagnosis. |
