| 摘 要： | 根据《中国护理事业发展规划纲要（2005～2010年）》精神，本院于2007年下半年开始实施APN排班制，通过1年多以来的临床实践，权衡其在工作中的利与弊，客观分析改革中存在的问题，不断探索出适合我院护理学科发展的新模式。

| Abstract: | According to ＂ the Development of Nursing Program in China （2005 -2010 ）＂, the APN Scheduling System has been carried out in our hospital since the second half of 2007. During more than a year of clinical practice for the implementation of APN, we analysis the advantages and disadvantages of this new scheduling and explored a new better scheduling model in our hospital. |
