大陵穴宽谱红外辐射光谱特性研究

目的:研究大陵穴在宽谱范围内微弱红外辐射光谱特性。方法:采用高灵敏度体表红外光谱检测装置对47例正常人双侧大陵穴在1.5~16μm光谱范围内的红外辐射进行检测,通过光谱形态分析和点值比较的方法对大陵穴红外辐射光谱进行研究。结果:不同个体大陵穴的光谱形态基本一致,但不同个体红外辐射强度有较大的差异,归一化处理后的光谱个体差异非常小;在7~14.7μm辐射集中的光谱范围内,两侧大陵穴红外辐射强度比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:本方法能够较为全面地研究人体穴位宽谱红外辐射信息,严格控制实验室温度等条件对获取准确的穴位红外辐射数据有重要意义;正常人两侧大陵穴红外辐射基本处于平衡状态。

Study on infrared radiation spectrum of Daling (PC7) of the healthy individuals

Objective:To study the spontaneously infrared radiation spectrum of Daling(PC7) of the healthy individuals.Methods: The infrared radiation conditions of bilateral Daling(PC7) of 47 healthy individuals were detected by using a high-sensitivity infrared detector,and the acupoint's characteristics of infrared radiation spectrum were studied by analyzing the spectral configuration and radiant intensity.Results:In the infrared spectrum from 1.5 μm to 16 μm,the Daling(PC7) of different individuals have the similar spectral-morphological characteristics,and there were significant difference in infrared radiation intensity among the healthy individuals.There was no significant difference in mainly infrared radiation ranging from 7 μm to 14.7 μm wavelength between bilateral Daling(PC7)(P>0.05().) Conclusion: This instrument and method can be used for studying the infrared radiation of the acupoint comprehensively.The infrared radiation of the bilateral Daling(PC7) of the healthy individuals were in balance.
