中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效探讨

目的探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法 80例重症急性胰腺炎病人随机分为两组,每组各40例,研究组加用大承气汤,对照组采用常规西医疗法。研究组10例,对照组25例患者保守治疗后因结石嵌顿、黄疸加深、胆管炎加重等原因行紧急手术治疗。结果研究组在手术率、肠功能恢复时间、腹水吸收时间、住院天数上优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。两组间紧急手术病例术后各种并发症的发生率比较无差异（P〉0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎具有一定的疗效,能降低手术率,且应用方便,具有一定的实用性及推广价值。

Therapeutic Effects of the Combined Treatment of the Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine for Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of the combined treatment of the Chinese traditional and western medicine for severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.Methods 80 cases of SAP were selected randomly into two groups.In the study group,40 cases were treated by Dachengqi Tang firstly,while in the control group,40 cases were treated by routine western medicine.Results Compared with the control group,the indexes of the study group such as the operation rate,the evacuating time,the ascites abolition time and the hospital stay were better,which were 25.0% vs.62.5%,（2.2±1.2）d vs.（5.5±1.2）d,（5.0± 3.0）d vs.（8.8±2.9）d and（19.8±9.6）d vs.（26.3±13.9）d respectively（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.And the operative complication rates between the two groups had no difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusions It shows the advantages of the therapeutic effects of the combined treatment of the Chinese traditional and western medicine in decreasing the operation rate,and promoting the recovery.And it is recommended for its practicality and convenience.
