| 摘 要： | 本文对66例有生育力健康男性的精液细胞学进行了研究。结果表明，正常形态精子平均值为76.7％，其低限值＞60％；用1％伊红、10％黑色素染色法测得精液中活精子的平均值为71％，其低限值＞55％。并对精液中各类畸形精子、未成熟精细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、吞噬细胞进行了定量计数，得到了正常有生育力男子精液中的上述各类细胞平均值。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the cytological study on semen from 66 normal fertile men. The mean value of the normal-appearing sperm was 76.7%, the lower limit value was>60%. The mean value of the living sperm in the semen was 71%, the lower limit value was>55%,The result was nobtained by using 1 % eosin and 10% nigrosin staining method. The mean values of the varied abnormal spermatozoa, immature germ cells, leucocytes, epithlial cell and phagocytes in semen from normal fertile men were obtaived by the use of quantitative method |
