| 摘 要： | 胃癌是我国高发病率、高死亡率之一的恶性肿瘤。对晚期胃癌治疗以化疗为主，目的是延长生存时间、改善生活质量。近年来胃癌的化疗有了较多的新证据，本文对晚期胃癌的化疗做一综述。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is a malignant cancer with high morbidity and mortality in China. The main aim for advanced gastric cancer is improvement of life quality and overall survival. Chemotherapy is the backbone for advanced gastric cancer's treatment. There are some new evidences in the recent years. We review the chemotherapy options for advanced gastric cancer. |
