腺苷-β-环糊精包合物的研制

摘    要:目的研究腺苷-β-环糊精包合物的制备方法。方法对包合条件进行选择;考察包合物形态以及包合物在50g·L-1葡萄糖溶液中的体外释放行为。结果确定包合条件为,包合主∶客分子比为1∶2,包合时间为2h,温度为50℃,包合率达55%以上,包合物在50g·L-1葡萄糖溶液中4h释放为95%。结论腺苷-β-环糊精包合物可明显提高腺苷的稳定性,具有一定的缓释作用。

Abstract:Objective To prepare adenosine-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Methods The formula and inclusion conditions were established by concentration and shape analysis.The adenosine in inclusion compound was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The shape of the inclusion compound was investigated by light microscope. Result The selected conditions are as follows:inclusion ratio β-CD /adenosine of 1∶2, inclusion time 2 hours, inclusion temperature 50℃. The releasing rate in vitro of adenosine from the inclusion compound into 50 g·L-1 glucose solution was 95% within 4 hours. Conclusion The stability of adenosine in inclusion compound was significantly improved when compared with the preparation without inclusion procedure.
