| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色潽法测定天麻药材中天麻苷及天麻苷元含量的方法。方法:选用美国热电Thermo Scientific Hypersil BDS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm×5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(3∶97)为流动相,检测波长为220nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果:该色谱条件下天麻苷与天麻苷元可有效分离。天麻苷及天麻苷元均呈良好的线性、重复性和准确度良好。结论:采用高效液相色潽法测定天麻药材中天麻苷及天麻苷元含量结果准确、可靠,可以将此方法用于天麻药材的质量控制。

Investigation of the effective measurement method of gastrodia glycosides in gastrodia herbs |

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of gastrodia glycosides content in gastrodia herbs. Method: United States thermoelectric Thermo Scientific Hypersil BDS column (4.6mm×250mm×5μm) was chosen, 0.05% phosphoric acid solution with acetonitrile (3﹕97) as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 220nm, flow rate of 1.0ml / min. Results: The chromatographic conditions of gastrodia elata glycosides and gastrodigenin can be effectively separated. Gastrodia elata glycosides and gastrodigenin showed good linearity, repeatability and accuracy good. Conclusion: Using high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of Tianma spilling transit Ma glycosides and gastrodigenin content is accurate, reliable, and this method can be used for gastrodia elata medicinal materials quality control. |
