| 摘 要： | 报道96例常年性变态反应性鼻炎(PAR)患者组胺鼻粘膜激发试验。10~(-3)M组胺刺激一例下鼻甲粘膜后2min内的鼻分泌量PAR组,非变应组和对照组无显著差异,但均较试验前增加。6min时PAR组鼻分泌量继续增加,而另二组已减少到和试验前无显著差异。初步认为组胺鼻粘膜激发试验在PAR的诊断和鉴别诊断中有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Ninety-six patients with perennial allergic rhinitis, 20 patients with either vasomotor or eosinophilic nonallergic rhinitis,and 33 healthy subjects were all challenged with topical application 10-3M histamine on the nasal mucosa of inferior turbinate. Although the nasal secretion was enhanced in both test and control group two minutes after challenging, the enhancement of nasal secretion lasted until six minutes later only in the test group. These results might be of great value in determining the time point of assessing result while doing nasal challenging test with histamine to diagnose perennial rhinitis of allergy. |
