莫西沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床分析

目的 评价莫西沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效.方法 66例病人采用随机对照方法分成2组,每组各33例,实验组给予莫西沙星0.4 g口服每天1次,对照组给予左氧氟沙星0.5g口服每天1次,疗程均为7～14d.结果 莫西沙星和左氧氟沙星的总有效率分别为97.0%和90.9%,细菌清除率分别为100%和90.9%,不良反应率分别为6.1%和9.1%.结论 莫西沙星是治疗CAP安全、有效的抗菌药物.

Moxifloxacin in Treating Community Acquired Pneumonia

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia. Method By using of randomized controlled clinical trial. Sixty-six patients were divided into the two same group. Each group were thirty-there cases. The case group with moxifloxacin doses were taken orally 0.4/d qd. And the cont.rol group with levofloxacin dose were taken orally 0.5g/d qd. The therapy duration lasted for 7- 14 days. Result The total clinical effective rates of Moxifloxacin group and levofloxacin group were 97.0% and 90.9%; the bacterial clearance rates were 100% and 90.9%; adverse reactions occured in 6.1% and 9.1% respectively. Conclusion Moxifloxacin is a safe and effective antibacterial drug in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.
