| 摘 要： | 目的:研究胃癌中p53、c-erbB-2的表达及意义,探讨二者在胃癌中表达的相关性.方法:采用SP免疫组化法观察80例胃癌和20例慢性浅表性胃炎石蜡标本中p53蛋白和c-erbB-2蛋白的表达情况.结果:胃癌中p53蛋白阳性率(52.5%)明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎(10%)(P＜0.05);c-erbB-2蛋白在胃癌中的阳性率(71.3%)明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎(20.0%)(P＜0.05);胃癌中p53和c-erbB-2蛋白表达之间呈明显的相关性(P＜0.05).结论:p53和c-erbB-2协同作用参与了胃癌的发生发展.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the significance of the expression of p53,c-erbB-2 and their relationships in human gastric cancer(GC). Methods:SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 in 80 GC and 20 chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) paraffin-embedded specimens. Results: The positive rate of p53 protein was significantly higher in GC (52.5%) than that in CSG (10%) (P<0.05); the positive rate of c-erbB-2 protein was significantly higher in GC (71.3%) than that in CSG (20.0%) (P<0.05); the expression of p53 and c-erbB-2 in GC had significant relationships (P<0.05). Conclusions:p53 and c-erbB-2 have synergistic effects in the development of GC. |
