| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用纤维胆道镜经T形管窦道取石的临床应用和具体手术方法。方法:对270例应用纤维胆道镜经T形管窦道取石患者的治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果:270例胆道镜取石患者中,261例一次取净结石,3例因结石巨大且坚硬而行开腹手术,6例患者伴肝内多发结石未能取尽而行开腹手术,所有患者均经相应治疗而得以痊愈出院。结论:纤维胆道镜经T形管窦道取石具有省时、安全、手术成功率高等优点,对外科临床胆道残留结石具有良好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical application and concrete operation methods in trans-tube sinus tract lithotomy by fiber choledochoscope. Methods: 270 cases of patient treated with trans-tube sinus tract lithotomy by fiber choledochoscope were analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results: Among 270 patients, 261 cases' stones were taken out completely one time, 3 cases with big and rigid stones and 6 cases with intra-hepatic bile duct stone couldn't be taken out completely and then were performed laparotomy. All patients were healed by corresponding management. Conclusion: The method of trans-tube sinus tract lithotomy by fiber choledochoscope might have the advantages of saving time, safty and high operation success rate with good clinical effect on postoperative residual stone in bile duct. |
