| 摘 要： | 本文用完全随机设计，观察了91例正常孕妇不同孕期和血37例新生儿脐血的LPO、SOD、VE和总胆固醇水平，并以27例正常非孕妇作对照分析。结果表明：不同孕期孕妇血中的LPO、SOD、VE及总胆固醇水平都显著高于非孕妇，并随妊娠进展呈进行性上升；新生儿脐血的该四项指标均显著低于母血；非孕妇和脐血的LPO、SOD水平接近，而脐血的VE和总胆固醇水平显著低于非孕妇。该结果对妊娠及分娩后的母婴营养保健工作具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Completely random design was used to observe lipid peroside(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),vitamin E(VE)and cholesterol of blood in 91 gravidas and umbilical blood in 37 newborns.The results showed that the levels of LPO,SOD,VE and cholesterol raised in gravidas as compared with control group(non-gravidas),and gradually increasing with the progress of pregnancy;the levels of the 4 indexes reduced as compared with the mothers;the levels of LPO and SOD in non-gravidas was equal to um1bilical blood, but the VE and cholesterol of umbilical blood reduced as compared to nongravidas. |
