骨折病人石膏固定并发症的观察及护理

目的探讨临床护理对骨折病人石膏固定并发症的临床效果。方法选取来该院采取石膏固定法治疗的骨折患者64例,随机分为两组,给予观察组的32例患石膏固定并发症的临床观察护理干预;对照组的32例患者不进行临床干预。对比两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率为3.98%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为31.25%,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对骨折石膏固定患者进行并发症的临床观察护理干预,能够降低患者并发症的发生率,促进患者早日痊愈。
