高龄产妇分娩对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨35岁以上妇女妊娠及其对分娩的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2012年5月-2012年10月分娩的35岁以上的孕妇116例和非高龄组224例（20～29岁），分娩方式，妊娠合并症及新生儿结局的差异。结果高龄组的剖宫产率，妊娠期高血压疾病，早产，前置胎盘等的发生率明显高于非高龄组，但新生儿体重，新生儿窒息，围产儿死亡率无明显差异性。结论虽然高龄孕妇的妊娠合并症及剖宫产率明显增加，但围产儿结局不受母体年龄的影响。

The Impact on The Pregnancy Outcome of Delivery among Advanced-age Delivery Women

Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy and delivery on women delivery, pregnancy complications and neonatal outcome of pregnancy of over the age of 35. Methods A retrospective analysis of mode of two groups delivery in our hospital from 2012 May to 2012 October, one group is 116 pregnant women over the age of 35 and 224 cases of non elderly group （20-29 years old）. Results The rate of cesarean section, premature hypertension disease, Preterm birth, placenta previa of the elderly pregnant women were significantly higher than those in non elder group, but the weight of the newborn, asphyxia neonatorum, perinatal mortality rate have no obvious differences. Conclusion Although the pregnancy complications and cesarean section rate of elderly pregnant women were increased significantly, but the perinatal outcome is not affected by maternal age.
