利培酮口服液与奥氮平治疗脑器质性精神障碍疗效与安全性分析

目的探讨脑器质性精神障碍采用奥氮平与利培酮口服液治疗的安全性及临床效果对比。方法选择脑器质性精神障碍者随机分组,A组采用利培酮口服液治疗,B组采用奥氮平治疗。结果两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前PANSS总分比较,两组治疗后1、4周分值均有降低表现(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑器质性精神障碍采用利培酮口服液和奥氮平治疗,均具有较高安全性和有效性。

Analysis of risperidone oral solution and olanzapine in the treatment of brain organic mental disorders efficacy and safety

Objective To study the brain organic mental disorder with safety and clinical efficacy of olanzapine and risperidone oral solution in the treatment of contrast. Methods Brain organic mental disorder were randomly grouped, group A was treated with risperidone oral solution treatment, group B with olanzapine in the treatment of. Results The total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Comparison with the PANSS score before treatment, 1 weeks, 4 weeks have lower performance scores of the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, but no difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Brain organic mental disorder with risperidone oral solution and olanzapine treatment, has higher safety and effectiveness.
