Ilizarov配合VSD技术治疗胫骨长段骨折伴急性感染12例

目的探讨和总结Ilizarov配合VSD技术治疗胫骨长段骨折伴急性感染的疗效。方法从2009年1月—2012年1月共收治胫骨长段骨折伴急性感染12例,先清创取出感染骨块、VSD覆盖创面控制感染,再用Ilizarov技术(单纯骨段延长)骨延长使骨折愈合。结果 12例胫骨长段骨折伴急性感染患者均治愈,使用VSD3～6期,平均4.8期;带架时间8～18月,平均10.3月;骨延长5～10cm,平均7.8cm;骨折愈合时间6～24月,平均9.8月。结论 Ilizarov配合VSD技术治疗胫骨长段骨折伴急性感染是一种有效的方法。

Ilizarov combined with VSD technique in the treatment of tibial segmental fractures associated with acute infection in 12 cases

Objective To discuss and summarize the Ilizarov and VSD technique in the treatment of tibial fractures of the long associated with acute infection. Methods 12 cases of acute infection with fracture from 2009 January—2012 year in January of tibia were treated by debridement, first remove the infection of bone block, VSD to cover the wound, infection control, and Ilizarov （simple bone lengthening ） bone lengthening of the fracture healing. Results 12 cases of tibial segmental fractures were cured with acute infection patients, using the VSD 3~6 period, an average of 4.8; with the time frame for 8~18 months, average 10.3 months; bone lengthening of the 5~10CM, the average healing time of fracture of 7.8CM; 6~24 months, average 9.8 months. Conclusion Ilizarov combined with VSD technique in the treatment of tibial long is an effective method of fracture complicated with acute infection.
