| 摘 要： | 目的研究切开引流挂线术与单纯切开引流术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法选择肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为给予切开引流挂线术治疗的观察组和单纯切开引流治疗的对照组,观察治疗效果及负面情绪情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组;HAMA评分、HAMD评分、NRS评分均明显低于对照组。结论切开引流挂线术治疗肛周脓肿能明显提高治疗有效率、改善负面情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of incision drainage, thread-drawing in ttreating perianal abscess. Methods Patients with perianal abscess were divided into observation group and control group. Then therapeutic effect and negative emotions were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher and HAMA score, HAMD score, NRS score were lower than control group. Conclusion Incision drainage and thread-drawing can improve treatment efficiency and negative mood. |
