麻醉后仰卧位低血压综合征对新生儿的影响分析

目的探讨分析麻醉后仰卧位低血压综合征对新生儿的影响分析。方法选择于2011年3月—2013年2月在行剖宫产的孕妇960例,选取其中60例发生仰卧位低血压综合征设为观察组,选取其中60例未发生仰卧位低血压综合征设为对照组,对两组胎心率异常发生率、脐动脉血血气异常发生率以及新生儿窒息发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组的胎心率异常发生率、脐动脉血血气异常发生率与新生儿窒息发生率分别为41.7%(25/60)、16.7%(10/60)与33.3%(20/60),显著高于对照组的8.3%(5/60)、3.3%(2/60)与8.3%(5/60),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组新生儿20项神经行为总评分以及神经行为能力评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠孕妇剖宫产麻醉后仰卧位低血压综合征一定程度上增加了新生儿风险事故的发生率,同时影响新生儿的神经行为能力,因此临床上需做好预防与治疗仰卧位低血压综合征的工作。

After anesthesia, supine hypotension syndrome neonatal effects analysis

Objective To investigate the analysis of hypotensive anesthesia after supine syndrome neonatal effects analysis. Methods From March 2011 to February 2013 in cesarean section in 960 cases of pregnant women, selected 60 cases of supine hypotensive syndrome as the observation group, 60 cases were not supine hypotension syndrome as the control group, the incidence of abnormal umbilical artery blood gas abnormalities, and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia occurrence of comparative analysis of two groups of fetal heart rate. Results The group of fetal heart rate abnormalities, umbilical arterial blood gas abnormalities and neonatal asphyxia rate was 41.7% （25/60）, 16.7% （10/60）and 33.3% （20/60）, significantly higher than the control group 8.3% （5/60）, 3.3% （2/60） and 8.3% （5/60）, the difference between the two groups significantly （P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance; the total score and the observation group of 20 behavioral neurological and neurobehavioral ability score was significantly lower than that of the control group, significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The pregnant women with cesarean section pregnancy after supine hypotension syndrome increased neonatal risk accident rate, at the same time effect of neonatal neurobehavioral ability, the clinical need to do a good job in prevention and treatment of supine hypotensive syndrome work.
