胸腔积液中脑钠肽及血管紧张素转化酶活性变化对右心衰的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨研究胸腔积液中脑钠肽及血管紧张素转化酶活性变化对右心衰的诊断价值。方法我院于2011年1月-2012年12月接收胸腔积液患者114例,其中漏出液患者(A组)40例,结核胸腔积液患者(B组)例,恶性胸腔积液患者(C组)36例。三组患者均进行胸腔积液检查,分析三组患者的检测结果,包括脑钠肽和血管紧张素转化酶活性变化。结果三组患者中的脑钠肽和血管紧张素转化酶的检测值均有不同且差异显著(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。脑钠肽值以A最高,B最低,而血管紧张素转化酶的检测值以B组最高,C组最低。结论胸腔积液中脑钠肽及血管紧张素转化酶活性变化对右心衰的诊断价值具有重要的意义,使医生对胸腔积液的临床诊断变得简单易行,具有重要的临床价值,在临床上值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of changes from brain natriuretic peptide in pleural effusion and angiotensin converting enzyme on right heart failure. Methods From dunuary 2011 to December 2012, 114 cases of the patients with pleural effusion in our hospital were chosen ,of which were 40 cases transudate patients (A group) 40 cases, tuberculous pleural effusion patients (group B), patients with malignant pleural effusion (C group) 36 cases.The three groups were all taken checks for pleural effusion. The test results of three groups were analyzed, including brain natriuretic peptide and angiotensin converting enzyme activity changes. Results In the three groups, the test value of brain natriuretic peptide in pleural effusion and angiotensin converting enzyme were all different, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Brain natriuretie peptide of A was the highest, with B lowest ; angiotensin - converting enzyme values was the highest in B group, with C group the lowest. Conclusion It has greet value of changes from brain natriuretic peptide in pleural effusion and angiotensin converting enzyme on right heart failure. It made doctors' clinical diagnosis of pleural effusion simple and easy,with important clinical value, which is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
