基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术30例的临床分析

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术在基层医院的开展及利用情况,分析其临床疗效,为基层医疗质量的进步提供必要的参考与借鉴;方法选取该院收治的30例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的急性胆囊炎患者,设为观察组,对照组,对比两组在手术用时、术中出血、术后并发症、术后住院、恢复排气等方面的不同,探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术的优点;结果在术后恢复排气与住院时间、并发症上,观察组也低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;结论应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术的切口更小,在保证积极疗效的同时,可以控制并发症的出现,缩短住院时间,促进胃肠功能更快更好地恢复。
