曲美他嗪对冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察曲美他嗪对冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将160例冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭的患者分为对照组(n=80)和治疗组(n=80),对照组使用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗,观察治疗前及治疗1年后两组患者超声心动图(UCG)测定左心室舒张末内经(LVEDD)、左室射血分数〔LVEF〕和左室心肌重量(LVMV)等参数和心功能(纽约NYHA分级)变化。结果治疗组总有效率达93.7%,对照组总有效率为73.7%,治疗前后两组左心室舒张末内经(LVEDD)、左室射血分数〔LVEF〕和左室心肌重量(LVMV)均有显著性改变(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论曲美他嗪可显著改善冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的左室重构和心功能,而且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of trimetazidine on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods 160 patients with chronic heart failure due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomely divided into two groups. 80 patients in treatment group and 80 in control group. The control group were given the routine drugs and the treatment group were given both the routine drugs and Trimetazidine 20 mg, 3 times daily for 1 year and the clinical effect was observed and the echocardiogram indexes of LVEDD、LVEF and LVMV are measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.7% in the treatment group and those was 73.7% in the control group. The indexes of LVEDD、LVEF and LVMV changed significantly in trimetazidine group, and the differences were of statistically sense when compared with those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine can significantly and definitely reverse ventricular remodeling and improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and hare a reliable curative effect.
