芹菜籽中黄酮成分的提取纯化及LC-MS检测

摘    要:目的提取纯化芹菜籽中的黄酮成分。方法采用醇提法提取芹菜籽中的黄酮成分,利用大孔树脂和聚酰胺树脂分离纯化,运用液相色谱一质谱联用法(LC—MS)进行检测。结果芹菜籽黄酮黄酮成分主要存在于40%乙醇洗脱液。结论结果说明此提取纯化方法具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective Extraction and purification of flavonoids in celery seed composition. Methods Alcohol formulation was used to extract flavonoid composition of celery seed, using polyamide and macroporous resin purification, testing using LC-MS. Results Celery seed flavonoids flavonoids ingredients mainly exists in 40% ethanol elution liquid. Conclusion Results show that the extraction and purification method is feasibility.
