超声造影诊断肾动脉狭窄的应用研究

目的对超声造影在肾动脉狭窄诊断中的效果进行探讨。方法选择该院疑似肾动脉狭窄的患者13例通过静脉超声造影进行检查,在之前先进性常规超声检查。结果在超声造影之后26条肾动脉显影,其中13条显示出现各程度的狭窄。其中1例患者在常规超声下诊断结果为双肾动脉狭窄,超声造影现象后肾动脉无异常。1例患者在常规超声诊断下为左肾动脉狭窄,超声造影结果为双肾动脉狭窄。和血管造影的结果相比,超声造影其结果和常规超声相比吻合度更高。结论通过超声造影对肾动脉狭窄进行检测,能够使肾动脉血流信号的显示得到改善,和常规超声检测相比在较大程度上克服了其原有的局限性,使得肾动脉狭窄的检测结果更加准确,和血管造影的结果有着一定的一致性。

Ultrasound angiography in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis Applied Research

Objective Effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis were discussed. Methods 13 cases of patients with suspected renal artery stenosis in our check by intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound, before advanced routine ultrasound examination. Results 26 renal artery after contrast-enhanced ultrasound enhancement, article 13 shows the degree of stenosis. One patients under conventional ultrasound diagnosis for bilateral renal artery stenosis, renal artery without exception after contrast-enhanced ultrasound phenomenon. 1 patients under conventional ultrasound diagnosis of left renal artery stenosis, ultrasonic imaging results for bilateral renal artery stenosis. Compared with angiographic results, ultrasound imaging results compared with conventional ultrasonic alignment is higher. Conclusion Ultrasound imaging of renal artery stenosis, can make the renal artery.
