100例老年患者胆结石的手术治疗分析

目的就100例老年患者胆结石的手术治疗进行分析。方法抽取选取2005年2月—2011年8月在我院收治的100例老年胆结石患者,男54例,女46例。本组100例老年胆结石患者中,65例为择期手术,35例为急诊手术。麻醉方式为硬膜外麻醉、全麻和局麻三种,主要根据患者的患病情况及身体状态来进行选取。为了保证围手术期的正常,避免出现感染,应该及时纠正患者体内酸碱、电解质、水的平衡紊乱,对血压、血糖的变化进行严密控制,同时还给予患者注入一定量的抗生素。胆总管切开取石+T管引流术22例,单纯胆囊切除术78例。结果本组100例老年胆结石患者手术时间平均为(75.33±1.18)min,最长85min,最短65min。在接受手术治疗之后,没有1例患者死亡,全部都得以治愈,患者在住院5～16d后均治愈出院。结论老年胆结石患者在进行手术治疗的过程中,医生应该结合患者的病情情况及身体情况来选择合适的手术方法和手术时机。

Analysis of 100 cases of operation treatment of elderly patients with gallstone

Objective To analyze the treatment of 100 cases of elderly patients with gallstone operation. Methods From 2005 February to 2011 August were in 100 cases of cholelithiasis patients in our hospital, male 54 cases, female 46 cases. This group of 100 cases of elderly patients with gallstone, 65 cases of selective operation, 35 cases of emergency operation. Anesthesia anesthesia, epidural anesthesia and local anesthesia in three patients, mainly based on the prevalence and physical condition to choose. In order to ensure the normal operation period, avoid infection, should be timely correction of acid-base balance disorders in patients with water, electrolyte, the changes of blood pressure, blood glucose, carries on the strict control, while also giving patients injected a certain amount of antibiotics. T tube drainage ＋ lithotomy of common bile duct in 22 cases, 78 cases had simple cholecystectomy. Results In this group, 100 cases of elderly patients with gallstone operation time was （75.33 ± 1.18） min, the length of 85 min, a minimum of 65 min. In an interview after the operation without treatment, 1 patients died, all cured, patients in hospital after 5 ~ 16d were cured. Conclusion Elderly patients with cholelithiasis during the operation treatment, the doctor should choose operation method and opportunity of operation combined with patient＇s condition and physical condition.
