| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性梗阻性胆囊炎手术治疗疗效。方法将180例急性梗阻性胆囊炎患者按早期手术和非手术治疗分成治疗组90例和对照组90例,通过对两组患者的症状缓解时间、体温恢复正常时间进行比较。结果治疗组惠者的症状缓解时间、体温恢复正常时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期手术治疗急性梗阻性胆囊炎疗效确切,是治疗急性梗阻性胆囊炎的有效方法值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the acute obstructive cholecystitis therapy. Methods 180 cases of acute obstructive cholecystitis early surgical and non-surgical treatment of 90 cases divided into treatment group and control group 90 cases, the time, the body temperature returned to normal time alleviate the symptoms of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Of the treatment group Hui symptoms, body temperature returned to normal time was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early surgical treatment of acute obstructive cholecystitis efficacy is an effective method for the treatment of acute obstructive cholecystitis is worth promoting. |
