| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超引导下经皮肾镜联合EMS四代超声碎石在上尿路结石治疗的安全性和有效性。方法对2012年来我院开展的72例经皮肾镜患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经皮肾镜联合EMS四代超声碎石的结石取尽率高，并发症发生率低。结论经皮肾镜联合EMS四代超声碎石法，在上尿路结石的处理中是一种安全、有效的方法，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the B ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal endoscopic EMS fourth generation ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones safety and effectiveness. Methods 2012 in our hospital 72 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The joint EMS fourth generation ultrasonic lithotripsy, percutaneous renal mirror stones depletion rate, low complication rate. Conclusion The percutaneous renal endoscopic EMS fourth generation ultrasonic lithotripsy method in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi is a safe and effective way, worthy of clinical application. |
