神经纤维瘤的整形外科治疗

目的对神经纤维瘤进行全面分析研究,并探讨如何更好的应用整形外科治疗原则及方法对神经纤维瘤患者进行有效的手术治疗。方法随机抽取我科自2010年1月—2012年12月期间收治的15例神经纤维瘤患者的临床病例资料。结果瘤体全部切除患者8例,瘤体大部切除患者4例,进行瘤体扩大切除患者3例。切除后通过整形外接治疗方法对创口原位缝合5例,4例进行皮片移植的,通过进行瘤体表面皮片、超薄皮瓣回植术后,其中3例患者发生扩张皮瓣转移,1例患者发生邻近皮瓣转移。术后对8例患者进行1～2年的跟踪随访,其中有2例患者在手术后又出现了复发,需要再次进行手术切除,其余的6例患者的手术效果良好,没有出现复发的状况。结论对神经纤维瘤患者应用整形外科方法对肿瘤进行切除和修复,可以彻底切除创面,对创口进行良好的修复塑形。

Neurofibromatosis orthopedic treatment

Objective To study the nerve fibroma and plastic surgery treating principle and methods of nerve fibroma were analyzed to explore. Methods A retrospective analysis from 2008 to 2012 years in 15 cases of neurofibroma in clinical diagnosis and treatment data. Results The tumors were totally removed in 8 cases, 4 cases were subtotally removed, extended resection in 3 cases. Among the 5 cases of orthotopic suture, 4 cases of skin graft, 2 cases of skin tumor, ultra-thin flap replantation, 1 cases of adjacent skin flap, 3 cases of expanded skin flap. 8 patients were followed up for 1 or 2 years, 2 cases recurred, the need for a second operation, other 6 cases after good results without recurrence. Conclusion The method of plastic surgery resection and reconstruction of nerve fibroma can make the wound excision repair, has the characteristics of shaping good.
