摘    要:目的分析手足口病患儿实施心肌酶、超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义。方法以58例健康儿童,作为对照组,将58例手足口病患儿作为实验组,对其进行心肌酶、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)检测。结果手足口病患儿心肌酶、Hs-CRP各项检测结果(乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶以及超敏c反应蛋白检测等),均明显高于健康儿童(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论心肌酶以及Hs-CRP检测简单,为手足口病诊治工作提供参考依据。同时,可以及早发现合并心肌损害的手足口病患儿,促进预后效果。

Abstract:Objective To analyze children with hand, foot and mouth disease myocardial enzyme, hypersensitive creactive protein test, the clinical significance. Methods 58 cases of healthy children as control group, 58 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease as experimental group, the myocardial enzyme, hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) detection. ResultsChildren with hand, foot and mouth disease, hsCRP-the results of myocardial enzymes (lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase isoenzyme and hypersensitive creactive protein detection, etc.),Were significantly higher than healthy children (P0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion The myocardial enzyme and hs-CRP detection is simple, provide a reference basis for hand, foot and mouth disease diagnosis and treatment work. At the same time, could help identify merger myocardial injury of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, promote the prognosis.
