骨折术后医院感染的调查探讨

目的探讨骨折术后骨折患者出现的医院感染的状况及医院对此的处理和治疗方法及预防措施。方法该院在2009年1月—2010年1月共收治骨折感染患者603例,从患者资料管理软件中随机选择50例医院感染的骨折术后患者作为研究对象,运用回顾性和前瞻性统计该院2009年1月—2010年1月的骨折患者的感染情况、治疗状况及医院的预防措施。结果我院按照感染率的高低将这部分患者分为几个阶段,其中以5岁以下得到患者感染率最高,其次是15~40岁、5~14岁、60岁以上、41~59岁。经过各种手段的治疗,治愈的有31例(62.00%),好转的有12例(24.00%),无效的有7例,(14.00%),总的有效率为86.00%,治疗的疗程平均为5.5d。结论骨折及骨折术后感染在骨折患者中较为常见,由于多种因素的作用,医院病房的环境、手术过程中的消毒状况、术者手术技能得到熟练度、手术时间的长短、抗菌药物的选择和使用的状况均能影响到患者在术后的治疗状况,因此是医院感染的最重要也是最主要的环节,因此医院要严格控制手术的消毒、无菌等环境以降低骨折患者的感染率。

Fracture postoperative nosocomial infection investigation

Objective To study the fracture fracture patients in hospital infection situation and hospital the processing and treatment and preventive measures. Through a variety of means of treatment, the cure of 31 patients （62.00%）, get better 12 cases （24.00%）, invalid have 7 cases （14.00%）, total effective rate was 86.00%, the treatment course for an average of 5.5 days. Conclusion Fractures and fracture infection in patients with fracture of the more common, due to a variety of factors, the role of the hospital ward environment, operation process of disinfection status, reader operation skill get skilled degree, the length of the operation time, antimicrobial drugs were selected and used in all can affect the patients in the treatment of the state, and thus is the most important hospital infection is the most main link, so the hospital to strictly control the operation of disinfection, aseptic environment in order to reduce the infection rate in patients with fracture.
