摘    要:目的对以学校为基础预防艾滋病健康教育的效果进行分析探讨。方法选取我县3所高中、4所初中共1200名学生,随机分为两组。观察组600名学生,在学校开展预防艾滋病专题的健康教育;对照组600名学生,未给予任何关于艾滋病的专题教育,仅发放相应的资料。结果观察组学生干预后对艾滋病的认知程度普遍提升,干预前后有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(P<0.05)。观察组干预前后艾滋病认知程度评分变化明显,有显著性差异,有统计学意义,有可比性(P<0.05)。对照组在认知程度及评分方面变化不明显,干预前后无显著性差异,无统计学意义,无可比性(P>0.05)。结论在学校开展预防艾滋病的宣传教育有很好的效果,值得推广与应用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the prevention of AIDS health education based on school effectiveness. Methods A total of 1200 students, divided into two groups. The observation group of 600 students, health education of AIDS prevention project; 600 students in the control group, without any feature about AIDS education. Results The observation group after the intervention of students awareness of AIDS is the universal promotion. The control group in the cognitive degree and score did not change significantly, there was no significant difference before and after intervention. Conclusion In the school to carry out publicity and education of AIDS prevention has very good effect, worthy of promotion and application.
