保守治疗与手术治疗肱骨骨折的临床对比研究

目的探讨保守治疗与手术治疗肱骨骨折的治疗效果。方法随机选取2010年3月-2012年3月我院共收治的肱骨骨折患者36例，将其分为观察组与参照组，每组各18例。参照组给予保守治疗，观察组给予保守治疗（闭合手法复位），观察组给予手术治疗（切开复位内固定），比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的有效率为88．9％，参照组的有效率为72．2％，两组比较，具有明显差异（P〈O．05）。结论对于肱骨骨折，手术治疗取得的疗效明显优于保守治疗，能够促进患者骨折的愈合。

Clinical comparison of conservative treatment and operation treatment of humeral fractures

Objective To explore the conservative treatment and operation treatment of humeral fracture treatment. Methods Randomly selected from 2010 March to 2012 March in our hospital were treated patients with humeral shaft fracture in 36 cases, divided into observation group and control group, each group of 18 cases. Reference group received conservative treatment, the observation group was given conservative treatment （closed manipulative reduction）, the observation group was given the operation treatment （open reduction and internal fixation）, compared two groups of patients. ResuLts In the observation group, the effective rate was 88.9%, the reference group businesslike for 72.2%, two group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For humeral fracture, conservative treatment is better than the operation treatment, can promote the healing of fracture in patients.
