摘    要:目的探讨局部皮肤清洁度对超声波治疗止痛效果的影响。方法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。两组患者均在皮肤清洁后进行超声波治疗,对照组患者用肥皂清洁皮肤,治疗组患者用滴露清洁剂清洁皮肤。结果治疗组患者总显效率为89.58%,可显著缓解肌筋膜疼痛患者的病情(P<0.05);治疗组患者的疼痛评分数为(6.11±0.67),对照组患者的疼痛评分数为(7.31±0.72),治疗组患者的疼痛评分数显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论使用滴露清洁剂清洁患者局部皮肤,可提高皮肤清洁度,进而改善超声波治疗疼痛的效果,可在临床上广泛使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the of local skin cleanliness of the analgesic effect of ultrasonic treatment. Methods The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. Patients in both groups in the skin after cleansing ultrasonic treatment of patients with soap to clean the skin of the control group, the treatment group patients with Dettol detergents clean the skin. Results The patients treated with total effective rate is 89.58%, can significantly alleviate the condition of patients with myofascial pain (P 〈 0.05) ; patients with pain scores of the treatment group and (6.11±0.67), the number of pain scores of the patients in the control group was (7.31±0.72), the number of patients with pain scores of the treatment group was significantly lower (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The use of Dettol cleaner to clean the local skin of patients can improve skin cleanliness, and improve the effect of the ultrasonic treatment of pain, and can be widely used in clinical.
