胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的危险因素研究分析

目的回顾性分析胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的危险因素。方法选取70例胎盘早剥孕妇,其中有20例患者为胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中,设为卒中组;其他50例患者仅有胎盘早剥,设为对照组。通过对患者的临床资料对比分析,探讨胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的危险因素。结果卒中组在腹痛、腹肌张力增高、胎儿窘迫、胎心消失、宫腔积血方面和对照组比较,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。但是卒中组在阴道流血、血性羊水方面与对照组比较,P>0.05,不具有统计学差异。卒中组的子痫前期例数和对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。卒中组的羊水过多、胎膜早破、子宫肌瘤、外伤撞击、原因不明和对照组比较,P>0.05,不具有统计学差异。结论子痫前期是胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的相对较为危险的因素,应采取一定措施,减少胎盘早剥并发子宫胎盘卒中的危害。

Research and analysis of the risk factors for placental abruption complicated by uteroplacental apoplexy

Objective Retrospective analysis of placental abruption complicated by uteroplacental apoplexy risk factors. Methods Select the 70 cases of placental abruption in pregnant women, including 20 patients with placental abruption concurrent uteroplacental apoplexy, set the stroke group; other 50 patients only placental abruption, set to the control group. Comparative analysis of clinical data of patients, to explore the placental abruption concurrent uteroplacental apoplexy risk factors. Results Stroke group abdominal pain, increased abdominal muscle tone, fetal distress, fetal heart disappeared, uterine hemorrhage and control group （P〈0.05）, with a statistically significant difference. The stroke group vaginal bleeding, bloody amniotic fluid compared with the control group, P〈0.05, not statistically significant. Preeclampsia number of cases of stroke group and control group, P〈0.05, statistically significant. Stroke group polyhydramnios, premature rupture of membranes, uterine fibroids, trauma impact, for unknown reasons and the control group, P〈0.05, not statistically significant. Conclusion Preeclampsia complicated by placental abruption uteroplacental apoplexy relatively risk factors, should take certain measures, effective protection of maternal and fetal life, and reduce the hazards of uteroplacental apoplexy complicated by placental abruption.
