高尿酸血症与急性脑梗死的相关性研究

目的明确高尿酸血症和急性脑梗死之间的相关性。方法选自该院2011—2012收治的130例患有脑梗死的患者与150例健康体检者,分为观察组与对照组,以酶法进行血尿酸、空腹血糖及血脂等方面的测定,然后对两组患者尿酸水平进行比较分析。结果观察组和对照组中空腹血尿酸升高分别是64（49.29%）例和35（23.08%）例,血浆尿酸浓度为412.6mmol/L、348.9mmol/L,两者之间具有明显差异,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论血尿酸水平和脑梗死患者之间存在着正比例关系,也就是（说）如果血尿酸水平升高的比例越大脑梗死患者的病情越重、预后越差。高尿酸血症是急性脑梗死的一种独立危险因素,需要在临床工作中特别注意。

Tudy of correlation between hyperuricemia and acute cerebral infarction

Objective The association between hyperuricemia and acute cerebral infarction clear. Methods Selected from our hospital in 2011-2012 were 130 patients with cerebral infarction patients and 150 healthy subjects, divided into the observation group and the control group, serum uric acid, fasting blood glucose and lipids etc. with enzyme method, and serum uric acid level in two groups were compared. Results The observation group and the control group of hollow abdominal blood uric acid increased respectively 64 （49.29%） cases and 35 （23.08%） patients, plasma uric acid concentration was 412.6mmol/L, 348.9mmol/L, with significant difference between the two, there was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion There is a positive relationship between serum uric acid and cerebral infarction patients, that is （to say） if elevated serum uric acid level of the proportion of the more cerebral infarction patients the severity of the illness, the worse the prognosis. Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for acute cerebral infarction, need special attention in clinical work.
