化瘀颗粒治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证100例临床研究

目的探究益气化瘀颗粒治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择100例慢性收缩性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证患者。随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予常规西药基础治疗,观察组在常规治疗上加以口服益气化瘀颗粒,每日一剂,早晚分服,连续服用一疗程(2个月);对照组在常规治疗上加以口服安慰剂,每日一剂,早晚分服,连续服用一疗程。对比两组患者在治疗前后在心功能、左室射血分数和下肢水肿的变化情况。结果观察组在心功能、左室射血分数和下肢水肿方面改善明显,较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论益气化瘀颗粒治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证效果显著,且具有安全性,值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical study of 100 cases of Yiqi Huayu granule in the treatment of chronic systolic heart failure due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huayu granule in the treatment of chronic systolic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment in the changes of heart function, left ventricular ejection fraction and lower extremity edema. Results In the observation group, cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction and lower extremity edema was significantly improved, compared with the control group improved more obviously （P 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Yiqi Huayu granules significantly in the treatment of unstable angina chronic systolic heart failure Qi deficiency effect, and is safe, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
