简化阴式子宫全切术临床应用研究

目的通过对实施简化阴式全子宫切除术式(仅结扎子宫动静脉)在基层医院临床应用研究,拓宽该术式的应用范围,扩大适应症。方法将该院自2009年10月—2013年6月,实施简化阴式子宫全切除的病患159例作为研究对象,将同期采用腹式子宫全切除的113例病患作为对照研究,观察两组病患的手术花费时间(min)、术中的出血量(mL)、肛门的排气时间(h)、术后下床的时间(min)、术后病率(%)、住院时间(d)等,并进行对比。结果研究组病患在手术花费时间(min)、术中的出血量(mL)、肛门的排气时间(h)、术后下床的时间(min)、术后病率(%)、住院时间(d)等方面同对照组比较,差异性显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论采用简化阴式子宫全切术,有着对盆腔的干扰作用小、手术的创伤小、对器官的损伤小以及失血少等优势,同时其手术的时间较短,在术后病患恢复的速度较快,在一定程度上更加切合微创的思想,并且对于一些无法承受腹腔镜手术或者开腹手术的患者而言,属于比较理想的一种手术,值得临床推广及应用。
