老年冠心病患者PTCA的疗效和安全性观察

目的:评估老年冠心病患者PTCA的疗效和安全性。方法:212例冠心病患者中,稳定型心绞痛46例、不稳定型心绞痛62例、心肌梗死104例。A组(112例)冠脉造影示:单支血管病变84例,双支血管病变62例、三支血管病变66例。共处理病变血管298处,置入支架252枚。其中LAD118处,RCA84处,LCX84处,LM2处。比较A组(≥60岁)和B组(<60岁)的临床特点,冠脉病变情况及PCI的临床疗效。结果:A组多支血管病变较之B组增多(P<0.01),两组手术成功率无显著性差异。结论:PTCA和支架术安全、有效,成功率高、严重并发症少,也适用于60岁以上患者。

Efficacy and safety of PTCA in aged patients with coronary artery disease

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of PTCA in aged patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: Among 212 patients, 46 patients suffered from stable angina, 62 patients suffered from unstable angina, 104 patients suffered from myocardial infarction. Eighty four patients had single vessel disease, 62 patients had double vessel disease and 66 patients had triple vessel disease in group A. A total of 298 vessels disease and 252 stents were treated. A total of 118 stents were implanted into LAD, 84 stents into RCA, 84 stents into LCX and 2 stents into LM. The clinical characteristics, therapeutic efficacy, safety of group A (60 years or older of age) and group B (under 60 years of age) were compared. Results: The patients in group A had a higher incidence of multi- vessel disease than that in group B (P<0.01). There were no significant differences in success rate between two groups. Conclusion: PTCA and stenting can be applied safely to elderly CAD patients.
