| 摘 要： | 在Ｂ超引导下经皮穿刺囊内注射铝溶液治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿５８例（６４个囊肿），结果：消失１２个，有效３７个，无效１５个，总有效率为７６．６％。其方法安全、简便，无副作用；随访６个月～２年，并对适应征的选择及铝溶液作用机理进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | endometriosis-cysts in 58 cases were treated with whom the altiminum solution was injected into the cavity of cysts by transabdominad puncture under the guided of ultrasound B.The results displayed that 12 cysts were disappeared and 37 obviously diminished in size while the other 15 cysts still existed.The total effective rate was 76.6%,All the patients were followed up for from 6 months to 2 years.It is shown that this is a safe,simple and lessside-effect means for treatment of the endometriosis-cysts.And the selection of patients,and the indication and mechanism ofduniinum solution are discussed. |
