| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液学分析中测量不确定度在血小板计数(BPC)方面的应用。方法参照国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)推荐的BPC参考方法计数处理过的全血标本中的血小板(PLT),并利用相关实验数据和文献资料,按照国际标准化组织(ISO)《测量不确定度表述指南》文件中有关测量不确定度的评估方法,采用方差分析法,计算BPC过程中的不确定度。结果本实验研究评价了影响参考方法BPC的各个分量的不确定度,而所占比例最大因素为天间误差因素,其次是瓶间误差因素,天内误差和仪器校准因素所占比例较小;处理过的全血标本中BPC的扩展不确定度(扩展因子k=2)和95%置信区间为(189.6±5.4)×109/L。结论在规定了测量过程和分析样品类型时,不确定度能反映多种因素对检测结果的影响,不确定度能适用于该项目的测量值,有利于实验室间结果的可比性。
