| 摘 要： | 目的拟通过音乐促进颅脑损伤意识障碍者意识的尽早恢复,积累对意识障碍者主动护理的方法.方法用与人体节律相适应的60dB-70dB的音乐,对治疗组40例颅脑损伤意识障碍24h内用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GlasgowComaScale,GCS)在3～12分的患者开展音乐治疗.以计算机数字化脑电图参数--双谱指数(BIS)、边缘频率(SEF)作为意识程度的观察指标,并与对照组40例进行对比.结果音乐护理对GCS评分6～8分的颅脑损伤者,使其GCS、BIS明显提高(P＜0.05).结论音乐护理对颅脑损伤意识障碍GCS评分在6～8的颅脑意识障碍者能明显促进其意识的恢复.

| Abstract: | Objective To promote early wakening and to accumulate methods of this active nursing method in unconscious patients after brain damage. Method Music of 60-70 dB intensity corresponded to human's rhythm was used in the treatment group (40 cases). Lose of the consciousness after cerebradamage happened within 24 hours and the GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale) in 3-12. Taking GCS and the parameter of computerized digital EEG-BIS, SEF as observed grading of consciousness compared to the control group. Results Music nursing increased the scores of GCS, BIS significantly in patients with GCS in the range of 6-8 (P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Music nursing can obviously increase GCS in patients with score base of 6-8 and can promote wakening of consciousness remarkably. |
