| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨玻璃体积血的手术治疗情况及早期手术的意义。方法：31例（32眼）行玻璃体切割术，部分联合晶体摘除或环扎，视网膜复位术。对其临床效果进行分析，评价。结果：绝大多数患者的视力比术前有明显提高，达到有用视力者占81.3%。结论：玻璃本切割手术巳成为治疗玻璃体积血的主要手段之一。术后视力恢复好，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the surgical situation and the importance of early surgery for vitreous hemorrhage. Methods: Thirty-one patients received pars plana vitrectomy,parts combined with cataract and silicone bucking,and retinal surgery.The effect of the operation was evaluated. Results: The post-operative visual acuity of majority improved obviously,81.3% above practical acuity. Conclusion: Vitrectomy is an effective method for treating vitreous hemorrhage.Visual acuity recovery was better and fewer complications occurred. |
