| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察阿卡波糖在治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病中的疗效及不良反应。方法 :对 42例Ⅱ型糖尿病人用阿卡波糖治疗 2个月。对比治疗前、后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、HbA1 c及胆固醇、甘油三酯。结果 :治疗后餐后血糖显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,空腹血糖及HbA1 c明显下降 (P值均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :阿卡波糖治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病可显著降低餐后血糖

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effects and adverse effects of acarbose.Mothods:42 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus have been treated by acarbose for 2 months,to observes the changes of FBS,PBS,HbA 1c,TC and TG before and after treatment.Results:PBS decreased significantly (P<0.01).FBS decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acarbose can reduce 2h PBS of diabetic patients (DM 2) obviously. |
