灯盏花素联合前列地尔对脑梗死神经功能缺损及血液流变性的影响

目的:探讨灯盏花素联合前列地尔对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及血液流变性的影响。方法:将94例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各47例,两组均进行一般常规治疗,对照组在此常规治疗基础上采用灯盏花素注射液,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用前列地尔,两组治疗周期均为4周。治疗结束后评价两组临床疗效,并于治疗前、后比较两组神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.74%,明显高于对照组的65.96%(P<0.05);观察组的神经功能评分情况和血液流变学指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灯盏花素联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效确切,可显著降低脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分,改善各项血液流变学指标。

Effects of breviscapine combing with alprostadil on neurologic impairment and property of hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective: To explore the effects of breviscapine and alprostadil on neurologic impairment and property of hemorheology in the patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods: A total of 94 ACI cases were divided into control group(n=47) and observation group(n=47),the patients in the control group were treated with breviscapine injection on the basis of conventional treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The course of the treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical effects were observed after the treatment,and the neurologic impairment and hemorheology indexes were observed and analyzed before and after the treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,which was obviously higher than that of the control group(65.96%)(P<0.05).The neurologic impairment score and hemorheology indexes of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Breviscapine combining with alprostadil can significantly reduce the neurologic impairment,improve the property of hemorheology showing obvious effects on ACI.
