| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨碘伏暴露疗法治疗皮肤擦伤的疗效。方法:将皮肤擦伤患者160例随机分为2组,治疗组100例予碘伏暴露疗法,对照组60例予无菌操作法治疗。观察2组患者临床疗效及疤痕愈合情况。结果:治疗组显效率(80.0%)明显高于对照组(30.0%);治疗组疤痕愈合情况亦优于对照组。结论:采用碘伏暴露疗法治疗皮肤擦伤的疗效好、费用低、操作简便,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of iodophor exposure therapy for skin lesion.Methods:160 cases with skin lesions were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=100) received iodophor exposure therapy,and the control group(n=60) received aseptic manipulation.The clinical effect and healing conditions of scars were observed after treatment.Results: The marked efficiency rate in treatment group(80.0%) was obviously higher than that of the control group(30.0%).The healing conditions of scars in treatment group were superior to that of control group.Conclusions: The iodophor exposure therapy shows good effects on skin lesions,It is cheap and simple,thus is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment. |
